MLCV WELCOMES GOSLIN AND ROBINSON TO LEADERSHIP TEAM

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV) announced the addition of Jaycob Robinson as Vice President of Business and Economic Development and the promotion of Dustin Goslin as Chief Talent Officer. These strategic hires reinforce MLCV's dedication to growth, people development, and the advancement of the Mille Lacs Tribal Economy.
As Chief Talent Officer, Dustin Goslin will expand MLCV's capacity to ignite innovation and accelerate careers across the enterprise. He will focus on building the next generation of savvy business leaders through experiential learning, expanded networks, and real-world application. “Mille Lacs has been my home for over 11 years, and I am deeply grateful for the trust the organization and community have put in me to tackle and lead important investments,” Goslin said. “Indian leaders are humble and often blend in with the collective; we believe one grows into such leadership positions through respect, and by having a certain wisdom of how things work. As Vice President of Business and Economic Development, Jaycob Robinson will build on MLCV's progress in establishing a thriving ecosystem for business investment in the local region. He will drive community-driven workforce projects, revitalize MLCV-owned assets, and enhance funding efforts to support the Mille Lacs Tribal Economy. “I am eager to build on our momentum and further strengthen the ecosystem for business investment in our region,” said Robinson.
